If you are using CrossOver 9 and above I highly recommend using the CrossTie. Simply click on Install via CrossTie on the Details page. This will download a .tie file which can be opened by CrossOver. It will install the game into a new bottle and copy the necessary files from the CD to operate the game without the CD. Note that in order for the game to operate correctly without a CD you might install the 1.16.1 upgrade patch: http://www.codeweavers.com/compatibility/browse/name/?app_id=7722. This is automatically installed by the CrossTie.
