Fixing Graphical Glitches

Installed via Steam on Crossover 10.1.0/Ubuntu 11.04

After the intro video the graphics were flickery and unplayable.
To fix this, hit Esc, choose the Graphics options menu, Select Advances and disable Framebuffer effects.
You can also do this by selecting Options from the main menu before you start the game.
