When using with CrossOver 6.1 on the Mac, it is best to use a Win2000 bottle and in winecfg add a new application setting to SwgClient_r.exe. On the graphics tab in the Wine configuration for SwgClient_r.exe make sure "Allow the window manager to control the windows" is unchecked. This solves the problem of the mouse cursor being off slightly when running in windowed mode.
