There will probably be a dialog saying your sound card has a problem. That is because there are no sound cards registered, but sound will work.
The window will also likely grow smaller when changing from the desktop to the main screen. This is due to the size of the main screen, but if your game settings are set higher, the game will load a bigger window.
Be aware that the menu and title bars will not be included in the window size, so choose the next biggest screen resolution for your computer.
