This game uses a very agressive copy protection; wich wil not run under wine/crossover, because it uses too much low level calls and a vxd device driver. Your only solution is to use a no-cd crack, eg. the one of reloaded. On this crack, the copy protection is removed. I cannot provide the links to those sites, because maily they are illegal and normally I should not recommend it. This is also the solution for the "no administrator rights" bug. If you manage to get the no-cd crack, then proceed with the DirectX tip.
