Create and new bottle (e.g. "SRIM") and choose "SRIM2010.exe" as installer (though it's a self-installing zip). Choose a folder somewhere (e.g. C:\temp) and unzip the content.
Go to "Programs->Run Command..." choose the SRIM bottle, and browse to the folder where the SRIM files were unzipped. Choose SETUP.exe and run it. SRIM 2010 will be installed.
Go to "Configure->Manage bottles...", choose the "SRIM" bottle and in the "Advanced"-Panel click "Open C: Drive in Finder".
Find the directory where SRIM was installed, cd to the Data directory. Remove the empty "VERSION" file and rename ver*.tmp file to "VERSION" (e.g. for me it was the file ver58ce.tmp).
