SQLyog 5.25 Enterprise (might be applicable to other versions as well) Install SQLyog in a Windows 98 bottle. Otherwise, gdiplus.dll is not installed, which is needed by the application.
Also, be sure that you have a working Linux ODBC-driver installed (for MySQL). I have tested it with MyODBC 3.51.12 (+libmyodbc, libunixODBC1, unixODBC 2.2.11).
