How to bypass the error message on startup of Vegas
This was written for Linux, but Iít should work on Mac, too.
When starting Sony Vegas 11, after loading there will open a windows saying Sony Vegas crashed. To bypass this, do the following:(also described at http://appdb.winehq.org/objectManager.php?sClass=version&iId=23716):
Go into the folder inside your Bottle where you installed Sony Vegas (e.g. /home/username/.cxoffice/Sony Vegas 11/drive_c/Program Files/Sony/Vegas Pro 11.0/). Then open the File "ErrorReportConfig.xml" with an editor(e.g. Kate, gedit...) and at the line "enabled" change the value from "yes" to "no" to deactivate the Error Report. Save File and launch Sony Vegas.
