You need to edit the configuration file for your bottle and add an environment variable. You can find it inside ~/.cxoffice/BOTTLE_NAME/cxbottle.conf

Add this to the bottom of the file, under [EnvironmentVariables]:

"LC_ALL" = "ja_JP.UTF-8"

You'll need to make sure ja_JP.UTF-8 is uncommented in your /etc/locale.gen file and run locale-gen before this will work.
