Virtually every app on Sonic Retro comes in either a rar, a 7zip, or zip archive rather than as an installer. Just unpack the files somewhere and load the exe file via run.
Crossover can't process .rar or .7z archives so the .tie loads version 1.02 of the program which is packaged as a .zip.
Version I used: Crossover Mac 10.1.1
OS: Mac OS X 10.7.0 (Lion)
Patches applied: none
Dependancies: none (other than wine itself, but Core Fonts recommended)
This program should work on other platforms but try it for yourself and post a thread in the forums is it works, or a bug report if it doesn't.
