Solid Edge 2024 requires .NET 4.8 to be preinstalled (WINE Mono is not sufficient due to a bug at the time of this note - https://bugs.winehq.org/show_b...). First, use Crossover to install this .NET version into a new Win 10 x64 bottle. Then, you can run the SE 2024 installer.
