First of all, I have tested the game with a win98 bottle (though the game was developed under win95), with Cross Over Games for Mac 9.0 on Mac Os X 10.6.3. Installation went smooth and the game works perfect.
However, sometimes you can get the following error: "Small Soldiers CD is not in the drive".
If you are sure that the CD is mounted in your system, however still getting this error, then you can fix it from wineconfig. Follow these steps:
- Click configure -> manage bottles
- Go to the bottle that the small soldiers is installed, click control panel and run wine configuration
- Click drivers and for "D:" location, give the path of the volume that your Small Soldiers CD is present.
That should solve the problem. Happy playing...
