For file to open with sketchup: From desktop shortcut, properties, copy command (like:"/home/pieter/.cxoffice/sketchup 8 pro/desktopdata/cxmenu/Desktop.C^5E3A^5Fusers^5Fcrossover^5FDesktop/Google+SketchUp+8") and use it to open existing skp file. (rightclick, open with, other applications, use custom command, remember this application)
