The opening Sirius splash screen/animation currently freezes in Crossover. The workaround is to set the program to run in a basic X11 window.
To do this open Crossover, go to the Configure menu, select the Sirius bottle from the list on the left, Control Panel tab, Wine Config, Graphics tab, and check Emulate Virtual Desktop. Set the window size to something smaller than your screen resolution (1024x768) and Ok out of the Wine Config control panel. Launch Sirius again and you should be able to enter the program.
