The SDL graphics library, being Open Sourced and available for many different platforms/OS' , can often find itself utilized in Windows coded games as well. So far, so good, but unfortunately the Windows build of the library may not work with Crossover/Wine for one or another reason.
The c4p/tie profile provided here, installs the win32 build of the SDL 1.2.14 release of this library, into the bottle's drive_c/windows/system32 directory. Be aware that more than a few win32 games coded using the SDL library require the SDL.dll file to be located in the title's $installdir -- you may have to manually copy the SDL.dll file to that location if necessary.
