In some cases an error can occur where your crew will become fatigued very quickly. The only way of fixing this is by getting SH3 Commander. This is a mod that does work with CrossOver Games. This mod will allow you to change at what speed the crew starts to show fatigue. The mod also allows you to change ranks to your crew as well as award medals.
