This is because of the cutscenes movies (.MP4 files) that does not play. Either press ESC key (then select 'Skip'), or rename the folder 'Movies' to something else.
Issue occurred on Crossover 22.0.1 on OS Linux Xubuntu 22.04.1 LTS.
