Set virtual desktop Tips

Do NOT include this CrossTie/C4P in your own profiles - it is primarily included for
tutorial purposes so that you can include the same information and data in you own
installation profiles should your app require this setting.

The install profile included here demonstrates how to manipulate the windows registry
settings to enable Emulate a Virtual Desktop and set a specific Desktop Size. If
you download the C4P profile itself and examine it, you can see that the windowmode
resolution is set to the arbitrary 4:3 aspect resolution of 1024x768 - this has more or less
become the defacto standard for 4:3 aspect display devices, and works in most cases.

In the Crosstie Editor, these values are set in the editor area as follows;

If your application requires a different resolution to work....ie; 640x480 or 800x600
you can change the Data value in the first key to those ends.
