For reasonable FPS (say 30 minimum) on ultra graphic settings:
Macbook pro (or air)
M2 chip or better (8 cores minimum)
16 GB of ram
In my experiences having a pro or air doesn't make a big difference, an the number of cores also doesn't.
The ram is important, having 8 GBs of ram will not have good gameplay even with a M2 chip (as tested).
In summary:
M2 and 17 GBs of ram
For my Macbook Pro 2022 16 GB ram I get ~70 fps on Medium graphics (medium factory)
