Installation The installer crashes on startup with some messages about missing DLLs. A walk-around is to copy the file USERENV.DLL from a Windows XP installtion to your bottle's C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\ folder, and enable loading of the native USERENV.DLL in winecfg for this particular bottle.
Connect SAPLogon will fail to connect to any system as there is no way to make it resolve sapXX## - type services. To circumvent this issue, start SAPGUI.EXE from the command line, and add the system you want to connect to as the first parameter, e.g. sapgui.exe /H/hostname/S/3200/ .
Running SAPGUI 7.10 comes with it's own UI enabled by default. Using this new design in CrossOver makes SAPGUI totally unusable. You can disable this "feature" by going to your bottle's control panel, where you will find a SAPGUI configuration tool. Disable new design and restart your SAPGUI. It will look less distorted and be usable to some degree.
