To get audio input working, change to ALSA driver:Open registry editor, go to HKEY_CURRENT_USER → Software → Wine → Drivers Add a string value called "Audio", set value to "alsa" Open winecfg and go to Audio tab. Ensure that the four inputs and outputs are correctly selected, e.g. not set to system default. Click Apply, then click OK. Should work now.
