When using Crossover Office 5.x or 6.x, this replaces steps 1 and 2 in the first tip:
With 5.x/6.x the configuration file has been removed, but this trick DOES still work! Just open the "Run a Windows Command" from the "Crossover" menu, and type "winecfg" without the quotes. Then select the bottle in which Rhino is installed, and click the "Run" button. When "Wine Configuration" opens, click the "Add Application..." button, and in the dialog box which comes up type "Rhino.exe" without the quotes, and click the "Open" button. Select the "Libraries" tab, and in the "New Override for library:" box enter "imagehlp" without the quotes. Then press the "Add" button, and then below it the "Edit" button. In the dialog box which pops up select "Native (Windows)" then click the "OK" button. The dialog will disappear. In the main "Wine Configuration" window click the "Apply" button and then the "OK" button.
