Versions 3.0 and 4.0 of the Rhapsody software do not run on any version of Crossover Office, presumably because of the inclusion of DRM-based components needed to support newer functionality in the Rhapsody service.
As of January 7, 2007, the 2.1 version of the player is still available and still works. It may be downloaded from http://service.real.com/rhapsody/download/version2/. All issues below relate to the 2.1 version of the player.
