To get the Rapid Mouse Movement entire game lag handled, all you have to do is go into crossover, click the gear under the bottle you created to house steam and assumably RO2. From there, you go to the settings slide out menu, and disable DXVK and ESYNC. Mileage varies. For me, since I have an Nvidia system, the performance smooths out a bit, but it's running at a nearly abysmal 14-59 fps. I still get the frame freezes but not as bad as before.
