When you are installing the application uncheck the Launch now checkbox on the last installation screen so the application will not start immediately after installation and the CrossOver can understand that the installation ended. If you don't, its ok, the app will launch fine, but CrossOver will still thinks it is installing and it will finish only after you close the app.
