Dependencies are Mono/.NET and MS 2005 C++ Redistributable
Be sure to have installed Mono (.NET may work, but Mono is most compatible with CXG, it seems) and the MS 2005 C++ Redistributable first, before playing Raptor. Otherwise, both it and the graphical setup app will not work.
