To get Q10 to run, install it in a new bottle. I found the portable version, with or without spell checker, worked best.
Once you have installed it, go to the bottle manager and open up winecfg from the control panel tab.
Inside winecfg, go to the graphics tab and deselect all of the top four checkboxes. The critical settings are not allowing the windows manager to control or decorate the windows. It messes up Q10's fullscreen display.
With that it should be working. I haven't found a way to get the sound working, unfortunately.
