No Modules Loaded

Initially after installation, when profile is started it dies with the error "No modules Loaded". This is occasionally a problem for the Windows version as well. It is fixed by running the program 'proreg.exe' (located in .cxoffice/Unsupported/drive_c/Program Files/ProFile) and clicking 'Clear all' then 'Select all'. This allows the program to run but I am still unable to actually open a return.
