PPSSPP Tips

Unstable FPS Fix

(Although PPSSPP will work through WineD3D, you have to have DXVK enabled in order for this to work)

If you're getting very unstable FPS, you can set an FPS cap with DXVK. Here's how to activate it:
1. Locate to your C:Drive and go to the directory above it.
2. There should be a file called cxbottle.conf
3. Open it with a text editor
4. Add "DXVK_FRAME_RATE"="PUT FPS CAP HERE" at the very end of the file (include the quotation marks)
5. Save the file
6. Run the game with DXVK enabled and you should see the FPS more stable (if it's not put the cap lower)

Keep in mind this will only work on DX10+ 64-bit games. Tested using Intel Mac, process should be the same on M1 Macs.
