DLL needed for app to run

You need add mfc42.dll to the Windows\System dir in order to be able to run this application.

This dll is provided by the Microsoft Visual C++ 6.0 Redistributable package that appears in the 'Runtime Support Components' area of the cxinstaller GUI.
