After testing this title on linux with various nvidia cards & on my iMac with HD5670 video, I found activating 'Fullscreen' in the game's option menu without emulate virtual desktop ON is a really bad thing to do -- it may stop the game starting altogether. If you inadvertently do this (or someone else does 8) you can recover the situation as follows;
Using cxsetup (Manage Bottles) select the bottle you have Pizza Chef installed into.
Click on the Control Panel tab and launch the Wine Configuration item.
Click on the Graphics tab in the GUI that appears, and tick the 'Enable a virtual desktop' item.
Click on Apply then Ok to exit the Wine Configuration GUI.
Now start the Pizza Chef game itself, go into the game options menu and disable Fullscreen mode. Once set, exit the game normally and follow the 4 steps above a second time to turn OFF the 'Enable a virtual desktop' item again.
