Currently this program works with very basic functionality. Forms can be designed and applications can be compiled but the "Pro" features which are the most useful do not work because of DLL errors. The specific error message is "PagTools.dll is missing or is not registered".
This error happens even though the DLL file is in the same working directory as the main executable file.
