Because CrossOver 7.2.2 will not run on MacOS X 10.6 (Snow Leopard) without hacking you should not upgrade to Snow Leopard if you need to use pClamp without Windows. I tried pClamp 9.2 in addition to pClamp 10.2 with CrossOver Games 8.1.3 on MacOS X 10.6.3, but I got the same issue on the scroll bars.
