There is a known error between Palace Chat 4 and wine. It is that PalaceChat does not support the built-in GDIPlus protocols. In order to get PalaceChat to run properly you must go into your "Managae Bottles" screen. click the Bottle you installed PalaceChat into and open the Control Panel tab. Launch the Wine Configuration and go to the tab titled Libraries. Select GDIPlus from the drop down list and click add. And now PalaceChat 4 should be running for you.
