Origin 7J Tips

Works great but have some problems

Basically, I can make a graph, analyze and print the graph. However, I have had some problems so far.

[Work]
   Making graphs.
   Analyzing data.
   Printing out graphs to a network printer.
   Exporting graphs as jpeg files. It's slow though.

[Does not work]
   When I tried to choose the template to make a graph, Origin crashed.
   I haven't succeeded in installing Service Patch 4.
