Installation: Use a Win98 bottle rather than a Win2000 bottle. There are some reports that the installation via cxsetup fails; possible solutions: try to install DCOM into that bottle before running the installer – or use ~/cxoffice/bin/wine directly to run the installer (using --bottle=myBottleName you can set the bottle to use).
