During install you will get a window with the option to register modules you've bought. I had downloaded the free Dutch version with an old translation. However: it showed wine as a paid module. After closing the window without registering this module the install went fine anyway. The module doesn't need to be registered. The English starterpack with the old King James translation is also free, so the same applies to installing that starterpack.
