This Is easy, you create a bottle (I recommend vista or xp) and install the app downloaded on the official site(you will need a good internet otherwise it could take days). then launch the game, the patcher will appear, finish the patching and go into the options to disable full screen and choose a windowed mode resolution. You can play in full screen but it is not recommended because resolution will be higher than the emulated wine desktop needed for full screen and so you won't see all the game window. Here are the controls you'll have to use unless you solve the mouse problem: space(attack&select a monster); x(pick up loot); the rest is given in tutorials like the spell pads ( the letters on top of the boxes) and z(secondary attack you won't be able to buy ammo so stay sharp). This will give the impression you have a 'bot' running so contact the others to explain your problem. YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO MOVE since you can't click on monsters nor on the field "yet" but you can click on the interfaces.
