Newsleecher's "SuperSearch" service fetches results using http and therefore requires Internet Explorer to be installed in the same bottle as Newsleecher. Without this, it will simply sit forever with no results returned. (Applies to the release version of Newsleecher - 3.8. Recent beta versions of Newsleecher 3.9 no longer require Internet Explorer for the SuperSearch service.)
