If the game will only give you very limited screen resolution choices on Linux, it can be easily fixed by going to Configuration -> Select Game Bottle -> Configure -> Control Panel -> winecfg -> Graphics and ticking Emulate a Virtual Desktop with the resolution you want. Now it should run flawlessly.
