Once you have installed NetMeeting 3.01 you will need to copy the cxoffice/bin/iexplore script to cxoffice/bin/conf. Then edit the script and change the last line to:
exec "$cx_root/bin/wine" --check --cx-app "C://Program Files//NetMeeting//CONF.EXE" "$@"
