The Netica installer file is a self-extracting one (you can get it here - http://www.norsys.com/download.html), so I'd recommend first running the installer file as a normal Unsupported install. Go to Crossover's Software Installer, select Other Applications, select the Netica_Win.exe file, and click "install".
When the Netica extract screen pops up, click to "unzip" into the default C:\Netica location. Then, close out of the extract screen and Crossover's installer will complete.
Netica is now installed, but it lacks a launcher. To create one, go to Programs>Run Command. Select the bottle containing Netica, and use Browse to locate
C:/Netica/Netica 416/Netica.exe
Click on "Save Command to Programs menu" to create a launcher for Netica in Crossover's Programs menu.
