The only freeze that I have noticed with NetAcquire occurs when you attempt to purchase shares that either don't exist or that you don't have enough money for. As long as you are not hosting a game on your machine when this happens, you are able to reconnect to the server (after killing your frozen client) and the same game state before your client froze. It's a minor inconvenience and, because of the nature of this game, your competitors will probably think you have "analysis paralysis."
