Starting the program.
This is tricky.
Clicking the 'McGraw Hill (GP Series CD 4e)' icon only sometimes starts General Practice series in the chosen web-browser (in my case, Firefox).
However, it DOES seem to start the webpage server consistently, so the textbooks are available to be seen if you point the web-browser to the right address, which is "http://127.0.0.1:9000/". Just enter this address in your URL locator (where you normally type web-addresses. In Firefox 3.6.2, you can also type 'Ctrl+L', and then type the address).
For convenience, I added this address to my bookmarks.
