When starting the game, you're presented with a choice to have the game render a top-down 2D view or a 3D view, the latter being recommended if your hardware's performance is sufficient. On Crossover 24.05 on an Intel Mac running Ventura, 3D mode causes the game to hang on the following load-screen, so consider choosing the 2D mode which works well.
If you've already chosen the 3D mode, the hang occurs before the settings screen is available so backing out of the choice requires extra steps:
This may not be necessary, but I deleted the game files by selecting `Open C: Drive` within from the bottle's screen in Crossover and deleted `drive_c/Users/Crossover/AppData/LocalLow/Playsport Games`. Obviously this will delete your savegames, but I had no progress so this was a non-issue for me. If you have a save file you care about, consider skipping this step to see if the next one is sufficient on its own.
Delete the Playsport registry keys by following the instructions at https://support.codeweavers.co... to open regedit and deleting `HKEY_CURRENT_USER/Software/Playsport Games`, which will reset the game's graphics choices.
Restart Motorsport Manager and select 2D this time around.
