Minute Menu Kids Tips

FIrst, you'll need to have Crossover installed on your computer.  Click here for instructions on how to do so.  

There are two ways to install Minute Menu Kids on your Mac with Crossover. Both are very easy!

Option 1:

- On the "front page" for the Minute Menu Kids entry (click on the "Details" tab, above, or just click here), locate the "Install via Crosstie" button, and click on it:

- If you're using Safari as your web browser, the file should open automatically in Crossover.  If you're using Firefox, you might need to click "ok" on the "Launch Application" prompt.

-On the screen that appears next, click on "Install":

Option 2:

- Launch Crossover, and click on Option 1 to install Software (or go to Crossover's Configure>Install Software menu on your top menu bar):

- Choose to "Update Automatically":

- Next, scroll down and locate "Community Supported Applications":

- Click on the grey arrow next to the word "Community", and then select "Minute Menu Kids" from the list that follows, and click "Install":

Options 1 and 2 will bring you here after clicking "install":

- The Minute Menu Kids setup wizard will appear in a few seconds.  Click on "next", and proceed through the installation prompts:

- When you get to the "sign in" page for the first time, click on "cancel":

- This will tell Crossover that the installation is complete, and Crossover will proceed to clean up the installation.  A finder window showing the "Minute Menu Kids" symbol will pop up, and Crossover's Install Software menu will report that the installation is complete.  Close the pop-up window with the Minute Menu symbol in it, and then click on "Done" in Crossover's Install Software menu:

- You can now launch Minute Menu Kids by going to Crossover's Programs menu (on your top menu bar, while Crossover is running) and selecting the "Minute Menu Kids" item:
