When I had a window like a folder open in Mini vMac, the File menu showed the normal keyboard shortcut to Close Window as Command-W, that didn't happen. Instead, it elicited a Message from Mini vMac very politely asking that I shut down the emulated computer before quitting.
I've found through trial-and-error that I can initiate Close Window by using Alt-W. (If you're using a Mac, your Alt key might be the Option key.) In hindsight, it makes sense that a program written for Windows doesn't respond to the Command key, since those don't exist on a typical Windows PC.
Depending on what I find, I'll post general guidelines or a series of keyboard equivalents.
