The install will go without issue and the desktop icon is even made without issue however you will need to download this dll: http://home.mchsi.com/~andy4590/Mss32.dll, and replace the file in your C:\Program Files\3D0\Might and Magic VI\ with this one. This will allow you to start the game (it's a bug from 3DO on some discs).
