On Linux use find to locate them: find /media/OFFICE12 -name *.cab -exec cp -v {} ~/.cxoffice/*/drive_c/windows/Installer/ \;
On a MAC Open Manage Bottles, Choose your Visio 2007 Bottle and on the Advanced Tab choose Open C: in Finder. Then in a new Finder window open your Visio Media and search for *.cab, Now just drag and drop the found files to the drive_c/windows/Installers/ folder.
-Install SP1 and then SP2 downloaded from Microsoft web page
When you start Visio you will get message "For best performance, you need to download and install a component for Microsoft". To get rid of this message you have to install XMLLite for Windows XP (KB915865) from Microsoft, but this file is still only available for download on a Genuine Windows Install. "This download is available to customers running genuine Microsoft Windows." So get it however you can.
