If you have problems trying to get Microsoft Publisher 2003 to load try using the latest Crossover for Mac 9.0.0alpha as I have managed to it to load enough to make a publication.
Only Problem is that Printing and Saving/Opening is still very buggy when I have tried to do it.
Also you could try re-installing it as this may help!
